Do you know what a coffee is? “It’s an excuse to tell a friend that you want to see him or her”:I found this phrase online (probably it was pronounced by L. De Crescenzo) and immediatly I thought how a simple gesture like drinking a coffee can be connected to the idea of conviviality and friendship .
The smell, the fragrance and its aroma fully show the essence of being together and the wonder of sharing.
Imagine you are sitting at the table (ready or less ready to face a new day), inebriated by its scent, and you’re going to savour its flavor: everything appears so more immediate and clear.
In a bar or restaurant, you can feel its meaning.
Surrounded by the multiplicity of people, each of them with its inner world of desires, aspirations and fears, coffee is a mental and symbolic place of affection and bond, ready to be tasted. And it should be experienced slowly and without haste with a reflexive approach whose principal aim is to realize friendship.
What does the coffee mean for you?
